Fall Elopement in Crested Butte, Colorado
This elopement day took place in the absolutely stunning fall colors surrounding Crested Butte, Colorado. Crested Butte is one of the best places to elope during the fall in Colorado because of the intense aspen groves and their vibrant yellow colors, and this elopement day was the PERFECT showcase of why CB is simply the best in the fall!
Lana + Jeremy decided to elope with just the two of them, with no other guests except their dog. They embraced the true nature of an elopement and had a stress-free day that was focused only on them and their love, and it was SO magical to be a part of.
After a sweet first look shared at their AirBNB, along with their sweet pup, we ventured out to a nearby lake, where Lana + Jeremy shared a heartfelt ceremony. We then wandered to some nearby fall groves to admire the fall colors and surrounding mountain views.
As an activity, L + J decided to have a small picnic to finish out their time with me. This is one of my favorite activities to recommend including in my couples’ wedding or elopement day. It’s a great opportunity to slow down, take in the views around you, and just sit in one another’s company. Most traditional wedding days don’t offer this type of reprieve, and I’m glad my eloping couples are able to include moments of rest on their wedding day.
