Crested Butte, CO Summer Elopement
Crested Butte is one of my all-time favorite locations for eloping couples. There isn’t quite anything like Crested Butte, Colorado in the summertime. The wildflowers are explosive, the sunsets are epic, the rivers are raging, and the wildlife is incredible. This elopement day was no exception to any of that.
Cazzy + Connor decided to elope in Crested Butte because of the wildflowers that bloom over the summertime. If you didn’t know, CB is the wildflower capitol of Colorado, maybe even the country, and rightfully so. From late June to early August, wildflowers of all colors explode over the rolling valleys of the surrounding wilderness. It makes for some incredibly colorful views, and an even more magical wedding day.
After getting ready at their AirBNB, they headed over to their ceremony spot, which was right off a gorgeous winding river. Having mountain views on all side, they had their ceremony with their closest family and friends. After snacking on some post-ceremony picnic food, Cazzy + Connor snuck off for a sunset elopement with personal vows. It was absolutely incredible to be able to be the only person to witness their private vows to one another.
This summertime elopement was full of gorgeous mountain views, flowers galore, guests, and a free-spirited loving atmosphere. It was such a special day!
