Hi! I’m Emily!
I’m an elopement photographer that’s been a part of couples’ love stories since 2018.
Moab, Utah is simply one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever experienced, and I love sharing that magic with couples. It’s like stepping into another world, one full of desert-dwellers dreams.
I’ve become a local expert for all things Moab, and can tell you just about anything you want to know about the area; from best vendors, best views, cool off-road trails, etc.

My approach to elopement photography is this: your experience is primary. When you are able to let go of stress, be fully present in your adventure, and truly be yourself? Those are the photos that bring every feeling and memory crashing back.

I edit my photos in a way that feels warm and bold, just like the couples in them. “Colorful Colorado” is my muse, and I’m constantly inspired by the ever changing hues of her wildflowers, alpine lakes, and sunsets.
“Emily was better than we could have hoped for. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to elopements and was literally our LIFEBOAT as we navigated this. My husband and I are not locals so we really depended on Emily to know her stuff, and she absolutely did! She was super chill, incredibly positive, and so reassuring that the day would go well. AND IT DID! I literally don't think we would have done an adventure elopement if Emily wasn't there holding our hand. ALSO I HAVEN'T EVEN MENTIONED THE PICTURES ARE PHENOMENONAL. I am biased but they are seriously the most beautiful ever. I've only gotten the sneak peak but I want EVERY PICTURE printed on my wall. Other then our Airbnb which hosted our whole wedding party, Emily was our highest expense, but honestly I would have paid more knowing now how wonderful she was. She is so incredible at her job in just about every way.”

Tips on Eloping
in Moab
As a local expert, here’s some quick tips if you’re thinking about eloping in Moab…
✶ SUMMER IS BEST ✶
Truly, Crested Butte is a different world in a league of it’s own during the summer. As the wildflower capitol of Colorado, summer is when the flowers bloom by the millions. The last week of June through the first week of August are the best times to experience the wildflowers, and see Crested Butte in all it’s glory.
✶ WEEKDAYS ARE YOUR FRIEND ✶
As tempting as it sounds to elope during the weekend, avoid it like the plague. Week days will give you the best chance of having a private, intimate setting for your adventure.
✶ BOOK ALL-DAY PHOTO COVERAGE ✶
Trust me, you’ll need it! There are simply too many beautiful locations you’ll want to see in a day, and they all require a drive. All day coverage will ensure you have the time to do all the exploring you want to do!
✶ MAKE SURE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS AN EXPERT IN YOUR AREA (NUDGE NUDGE) ✶
Get a photographer that is an expert in the area, knows the best locations that may not be public knowledge, and knows about the area inside and out.
