Why me?
As a licenced educator with 3 years of teaching experience, I’m well equipped to make learning work for you. Many photography “educators” like to think they can jump into education, but have never actually taught or learned how to teach. Well, I have the receipts to show I actually know what I’m doing, and an education degree to show for it! I studied education in depth for 4 years in college, studying learning theory, diversified learning strategies, and how to foster growth in a learning community. In those years of teaching, I’ve also received the score of “excellent” in my summative evaluations. I have worked with just about every kind of learner there is. Everyone learns differently. I’m a kinesthetic learner, but you might be an auditory or visual learner.
I’ve also been where you are, and the anxiety that comes with not feeling like you’re serving your clients in the best way possible is stressful. I have a teacher’s heart and want you to be as successful as possible, and give you the tools to do so. And I’m here to tell you:

We’ll meet up for a quick chat about how I typically run my sessions, some prompts I use, and how to make the most out of each session. Then, we’ll get to shoot a session together! We’ll get to spend time with a real couple and try out some prompts together. We’ll chat about choosing locations with the best light, framing, posing, and more! After the session, we’ll grab coffee and chat about how to go about editing your photos. We’ll talk about presets, color profiles, and how to rock your edits and deliver a BOMB gallery.

It can be so scary to invest in your business when you’re just starting out, but this will save you YEARS of searching for the answers to all of your business questions, like I had to do. Which mentorship is best for me?
It all depends on what you feel is the biggest aspect of your business that you need help with! I’ll send you a questionnaire after you fill out my contact form at the bottom of this page, and I’ll get a gauge on what areas in your business you’re struggling most with and suggest the best option from there.
Do you require a retainer payment?
Yes I do. The retainer payment to reserve your mentorship is 50% of the total. The other 50% is due the day of our mentorship.
Do you offer payment plans?
Sadly I do not. However, if you’d like your remaining payment after your 50% retainer payment broken in half, I can absolutely do that for you!
Is there any type of follow-up after my mentorship?
YESSSS there is! When you invest in a mentorship with me, I will drop in every so often and ask about how you’re applying everything we talked about. I WANT you to be successful, and if there was something in our mentorship that you wish you understood a little more, I can help break it down for you, even after your mentorship is over.
Do we get any sort of notes?
Yes you do! I provide a guide for note-taking so that you can keep everything all in one convenient place.
